Full Journal pdf1999-05-13 House Journal Page 1377 SB 3 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 12, 1999, calendar (page 1346), was read the third time: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 3(FIN) "An Act relating to the crimes of murder, solicitation to commit murder in the first degree, conspiracy to commit murder in the first degree, manslaughter, and criminally negligent homicide; relating to homicides of children; relating to registration as a sex offender or child kidnapper; relating to the crime of interference with custody of a child or incompetent person; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall HCS CSSB 3(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Rokeberg gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on HCS CSSB 3(FIN). The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would revert to:
